    BIOGRAPHY
    Thomas Ngijol grew up in Maisons-Alfort, in the Val de Marne in the Paris region. Noticed during the “Juste pour laughs” festival in Nantes, he played for a while in Parisian café-theaters. His first one-man show entitled “Bienvenue” allowed him to be noticed by Kader Aoun , producer and friend of Jamel Debbouze . Thomas Ngijol then attended the Jamel Comedy Club auditions and joined the troupe.

    In 2008, he starred in his first film, Les Abyssiens , a short film produced and directed by Alex Alabaz of the Kourtrajmé collective. At the same time, he hosted a daily section in Canal+’s Grand Journal and became one of the French’s favorite comedians. After his departure from the encrypted channel in 2008, he continued his adventure in the cinema with comic feature films like Vilaine , where he plays a shy and illiterate employee, exploited by his boss, and La Chance de ma vie , in which he plays the doctor friend of François-Xavier Demaison .
